- Contract: 6 months to 1 year ( Possibility of extension or converting Contract-to-hire)
- Schedule: Full-Time - 40 hours a week.
- Shifts: Day shifts.
- Hours: 8-hour shifts

Job Duties:
- Provide medical therapy to children and youth with special healthcare needs from birth to 21 years old with chronic long-term physical disabilities that can be neuromuscular disabilities or musculoskeletal disabilities.
- Chronic long-term physical disability such as Cerebral palsy, post-amputation from cancer, Muscular dystrophy, spina bifida, traumatic brain injuries, arthrogryposis, osteogenesis imperfecta.
- Telehealth video PT/OT and in person.
- Willing/flexible to go to all clinics – different week by week.
- Pediatrics experience preferred.
- Expertise in neuromuscular preferred.
